Behaviour Profiling Training

It is important to understand the reason we make decisions from our observations and why this method is used to determine if action is needed to remove any risks. Rapid Response Group (RRG) has been assisting many businesses and companies in training their employees in how to screen a POI by way of suspicious indicators to help reduce possible threats.

BRIEF HISTORY – — — Early 1970s profiling starts in aviation = – Found in the 1980s by I-sec – PI was established in 1987. – In the 1990s profiling becomes mandatory world-wide. – 2000 and on-wards the security industry changes, noting a visible shift towards profiling

PREDICTIVE PROFILING: Prevention- knowledge of the opponent and their actions is core of everything (know the threat)
Behavioural analysis communication, knowledge is power Actions are predictable and therefore recognisable. An example: For any licensee the use of predictive profiling can be applied to fraudulent minors saving money in fines issued.

Training provided by RRG will cover :

HOW TO PROFILE: Detect / Determine / Deploy (the 3 D’s)
This program will assist the trainee in obtaining the skills to recognise Behaviour Observations whilst observing POI deviation behaviour / appearance, reading body language to facial expressions. At times people are able to hide their true feelings ‘in their words’, but not in their ‘body language’. For this reason it is important to observe all 3 areas (their behaviour, body language and facial expressions) .
